Foto taroccate al pc e periti corrotti: assicurazioni truffate nelle perizie

<br /><br />   Genova – Alcune perizie erano fatte guardando un paio di immagini sullo schermo di un computer, addirittura ritoccate con un programma ad hoc. Altre consulenze certificavano invece danni inesistenti e garantivano risarcimenti da migliaia e migliaia di euro in cambio della più classica “mazzetta”. Perché non c’è frode all’assicurazione che funzioni meglio di quella architettata con la compiacenza del perito di turno. E a Genova, di consulenti (troppo) amici dei carrozzieri o “disponibili” se ne contavano, fino al mese scorso, almeno otto. Tutti sono stati adesso allontanati dalle compagnie assicurative e sono finiti sotto inchiesta da parte della magistratura. Con loro, nei guai, anche tre liquidatori, licenziati ufficialmente per ridimensionamenti aziendali o per manifesta incompetenza. Le indagini aperte dalla procura di Genova sono state sei in una manciata di anni, l’ultima è quella affidata alla polizia municipale e vede coinvolto un meccanico di Sampierdarena e l’amico dentista, intestatario con la moglie di circa un ventina di mezzi, tutti periodicamente coinvolti in incidenti fasulli. In questo caso, uno dei periti segnalati nemmeno si sarebbe preoccupato di annotare l’incredibile ripetitività degli schianti dello stesso mezzo contro lo stesso muretto sistemato, guarda un po’, a poche metri dalla residenza di uno degli indagati. Peggio: lo stesso consulente avrebbe rilevato danni alle portiere dei veicoli senza curarsi di accertare se di volta in volta le parti piegate o bollate fossero state sostituite.
